Zoho Desk Mobile App iPhone Notifications

Lately I have not been receiving notifications for the Zoho Desk Mobile app on my iPhone.
I have uninstalled / reinstalled the app, restarted the iPhone, disabled and enabled notifications through both the app and the phone settings, but still no push notifications are being sent when a new ticket is received.

I'm currently running iOS 15.5. All other app notifications work perfectly, just Zoho Desk.
