Hi Zoho Desk Developer Team,

I would like to suggest adding a “Quick Filter” search box in the Ticket View page.

It would be very helpful, We can search for it immediately by ticket title, email, sender name, or ticket ID directly from the view. This would make daily work much more convenient and efficient.

I hope the Developer team can consider this improvement.
