Zoho Desk Slow and Unresponsive

We have been using Zoho Desk as our ticketing system since 2018, mostly on Windows OSs using browsers like Chrome, Opera and Edge.

In the past couple of months we have been experiencing performance issues where the UI freezes every time we need to access a ticket, or takes up to 5 minutes to load conversations inside a ticket when scrolling down, or actions make the UI freeze and unresponsive. In most cases, the browser thinks the page has crashed and displays a Wait or Close message.

We need help ASAP.
