Hello,
I cannot enter in my Zoho Desk workspace, after loading for a while, the following message appears, translating for English: "Sorry for the trouble. Please try again after a while or report your problem in the feedback form below".
I wanted to know if it's something with my account specifically, as all the employees of my company are experiencing the same situation, or if it's a problem with Zoho Desk. I've just looked at the
status.zoho.com and appears is nothing wrong with the platform, but maybe it was something recent and it just was not updated yet.
In case it's useful, my company is located in Brazil, and the situation started between 15 to 45 minutes ago, as I've used it normally before that.
