Zoho Docs: docs deleted

Hello,

I have got a big problem with zoho docs:

Part of my files are deleted due to some mistake: I thought I disconnected a computer before deleting the files in the zoho docs file (so to avoid them being deleted on internet) but still, it looks like I made a mistake as those file (under jean perso) are gone on the cloud.

I sthey any way you could help me recover my files? They were pretty important stuff there for me....
