Zoho Docs vs CRM Mail Merge Templates

Hey there!

I see 4 solutions, none of which have a complete process flow. Am I missing something?

1. Zoho Writer (standalone) where you can send to Zoho Sign for signature. Unfortunately, I don't see where you can do a mail merge with Zoho CRM.

2. Zoho CRM where you can do a mail merge, but there is no send for signature in that version.

3. Zoho CRM + Zoho Sign integration, but this solution doesn't use Zoho Writer. Also to note, this third solution makes the user manually add signature blocks to each and every signature request.

4. Zoho Sign, it does not allow for merge fields from Zoho CRM. In fact, it doesn't appear to use Zoho Writer.

Am I crazy, or just missing something here?
