Zoho Docs vs Zoho CRM Documents tab

Hi,

This is a very basic question I know. But we just started with Zoho CRM and Zoho Docs and we don't understand the difference between the Zoho Docs and the Documents tab in the CRM tool. They obviously aren't the same, but can you give a definition / explanation of the difference and how we should use each?
