Zoho, Drop the Free Service
Hi,
I cannot speak of paid service, but we recently migrated from Yahoo Small Business, and we are experiencing email delivery failure on daily basis. Free users do not mean they are not important, a lot of the free users are part of running companies, and a reliable email system is the core of their business.
I think Zoho should provide a "
reliable " email service for all free users/organizations
at all times or just drop the free service
once and for all because unreliability is bad for customers, free or not, and bad for Zoho's reputation as well.
