Hi there,
our startup is using Zoho e-mail since November. We have had the following problems since then:
1) 3 out 4 team members are unable to login to their email accounts (emails and passwords are obviously correct).
3) We launched a coming soon page and put in place an automated e-mail system for those users that sign up on our website. Automated e-mails are most of the time to be found in clients' spam folders.
4) Most of clients we contact from our co-founders' email addressed DON'T GET our e-mails. They all go into spam folders.
If we don't find a quick and radical solution, we'll migrate to another e-mail service.
