Today I upgraded from the free Zoho CRM to the paid subscription to take advantage of the e-mail integration with Zoho e-mail. I've watched some YouTube videos on how to do this but the tabs/commands they reference don't seem to match up with tabs/commands I have. Two questions:
1. I'm still using the free Zoho e-mail. Do I have to use paid Zoho e-mail to integrate with Zoho CRM?
2. The videos I saw explained about adding POP3 and SMTP accounts to do the integration. However those video were to integrate with Outlook. Do I still have to do that if I'm integrating with Zoho e-mail? I would think it would be much more seemless than that.
