ZOHO Email Issues

Hey there,
I'm currently having issues w/ sending out emails from ZOHO CRM from new / existing Leads, it seems that emails are being sent out ok from client(s)' Opportunities & Contacts, however having issues w/ Leads in particular -- the send email function is missing from the bottom of the page & when I got to 'send mail' using the Quick Actions, any emails going out to an email address that isn't gmail, the body of the email is blank when received by the recipient.

Any help with these matters would be greatly appreciated - thanks!
