I have IMAP set up for soho within mac mail. Working fine apart from mac mail does not fetch emails without me manually closing and relaunching the mail app. Or alternatively taking the account offline and then online again.

I have numerous accounts with other email hosts and they all fetch email without issue. This is really unproductive and inefficient for workflow, is there anything I can do to change this?
