Zoho Email Notification: Authenticate all email-sending domains to improve your email deliverability

Has anyone else received the email below? I'm totally confused because I already have my domain authenticated.

Below are some screenshots and questions, maybe Zoho support can provide some help. For context I did already contact support over email who said to just ignore the notification.

My Email Authentication page (Settings > Channels > Email > Email Deliverability)





Some questions / thoughts...

1. It states "Authenticate all email-sending domains by (31.05.2023) to comply with Zoho CRM's upcoming updates" but my domain is already authenticated.  

2. When I click "Add Domain" I get the screenshot above. I'm confused by this because it asks for an email address and not a domain. If I input my domain it says "Domain has already been added", same if I enter my email.

3. For the "Available email sending domains" section of the page, it shows "No domains found" but I'm unable to add any because it says already added.

Appreciate any help or guidance from Zoho. The last thing anyone needs is for email functionality to be turned off!!
