Zoho Email Problems with Outlook plugin

Hi,

I am having problems with my Zoho and Outlook plugin. I add emails to Zoho via the plugin and it'll double contacts and not put all info in one record. Here's an example;
  1. Email recieved from contact (email details are in Zoho already)
  2. I add the email via the send and add button
  3. The contact has Outlook saved name i.e. Joe Bloggs as opposed joe@bloggs.com in the "To" section
  4. Zoho doesn't recognise it is the same contact and creates a new one with email Joe Bloggs

Am I doing something simple wrong?

Any help would be much appreciated.
