I have my email hosted by you and use the zoho CRM.

When typing an email and going to the To field, I start typing a person's name and the 'lookup CRM contact' window pops up as it should.

When I click on that, the list of suggested contacts from ZCRM is only populating one name.

So for example, I have many people with the first named 'Mike' in my CRM. When I start typing 'Mike' and click the 'lookup CRM contact' window, it only shows one contact.

In the past, there was a list of possible people, now it it only one.

This is happening across all computers and different browsers I have tested.

This is a problem because I have to go back to CRM, and find the contact and their email, and cut and paste it.

I cannot use this system if I have to do that.
