Zoho email retry - BTInternet @btinternet email addresses
Hi,
I've just set up a couple of Zoho email accounts to use with my domain - unfortunately, any email we send to contacts with a BT Internet @btinternet.com go to my retry mail queue. There's 4 of them, so its clearly a problem for BT Internet email addresses, as I've seen on other forums.
I've subsequently added an spf value of '
v=spf1 mx include:
zoho
.com ~all'
as has been suggested on a few forums.
Is there any further news on the problems with BT Internet email addresses, or further advice please?
