zoho email send timeout using google SMTP server (from within zoho crm)
i have been getting timeouts 80% of the time sending email from zoho crm for the last 2 weeks, and it is unusable.
my domain email is being handled by gmail, then Zoho Email uses POP to pull it from Gmail (extra $5 to Zoho a month).
My SMTP and POP servers are smtp.gmail.com:465, and pop.gmail.com:995, respectively.
per Zoho support, i am using the above configuration so my outbound emails are addressed as "username@mydomain.com", instead of "username@zoho.com".
i am physically located in brazil in the 2 0114.157.0 net block.
will this be fixed so i can continue using and recommending Zoho mail/crm?
