Zoho,

I appreciate all the hard work and improvements to the software but the undocumented changes that appear every weekend need to stop.

Everyone came in this morning and the Email Tab in CRM was gone.  We reverted to using the ZOHO Mail program but our users were comfortable with using the Tab. 

Evidently, a change went in over the weekend where if one user was using IMAP then the Email Tab inside CRM would disappear for everyone....

1. Why?
2. Why?

It was working fine.  I was testing IMAP on my system to see if it provided a better experience.  It doesn't at this point but that doesnt excuse the disappearance of the Email Tab for everyone else.
