Hi!

I have a question about using email templates inn zoho crm. When the template is ready and I have small segments of customers in my database. About 10 customers is one segment, which I need to send those templates with slightly different text at the beginning. Which I can simply achieve by copy+paste from other document. Anyway for sending 10 emails is already mass mailing. And while massmailing, I cannot edit the template, I need first to make a copy which is edited first. This is a bit inconvenient, if I have about 20 groups by 10 people, which all will get about 5 emails in the sales proces. It means having 100 templates which are only different by few information relevant to this segment. If I could edit mass emails before sending them (without making a copy), I could be ok with 5 templates. And this is for me huge difference. Of course I can use those templates temporary and delete them after I use them. Still it is much more clicking than just edit them before sending. So my question is: Is there any way, I can edit email templates before sending mass email? Same or similar way as if I am sending single email and using template - than I can edit before send.
