The problem:
Eversince I started emailing through Zoho, all my emails to staff at Buddle Findlay (a Law Firm) have been blocked by their Lawtech mail marshall.
I have had numerous conversations with the Lawtech guy whose name is Christophe Cottereau. He has whitelisted us but that does not solve the problem. He is able to manually release my emails, but I have to call and ask him to do this every time - a pain in the ----
Last year, on advice of my website guy Tony Stewart, I did an experiment and emailed Buddle Findlay using Outlook. It worked. So here's what Tony says:
Hi Robyn,
I doubt this is anything to do with Telecom (our email server) as our test last year showed that messages sent from Core Consulting via Outlook (not Zoho) were getting through.
There is a MailMarshal rule or blacklist that doesn't like Zoho. You could try sending this info to Zoho support and let them investigate. They may need to sort this with the MailMarshal administrator directly.
Below you will see information forwarded from Christophe at Lawtech services that might help Zoho to solve the problem.
Information From Lawtech...
FYI, if you take this to your host. Cheers
