All the emails that we send from our Zoho account are going into spam folders. I changed the DNS to add this into the TXT field  v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all

This did not solve the problem though.

I have tried to copy the header in outlook of the spam email but the instructions given do not match up to my outlook account, where you show to click on info my account says inbox not info and I cannot find that anywhere, is there an easier way I can copy rhe header to send this to you please?
