Zoho ERP | Product updates | June 2026

Hello users,

We launched Zoho ERP on January 23, and since then, our goal has been to help businesses streamline and manage their operations with greater efficiency, flexibility, and control.

Since the launch, we've continued to enhance the platform every month, introducing new features and improvements to make your experience even better. This release brings a range of exciting updates designed to help you optimize workflows, improve productivity, and get more done with ease.

Some of the key highlights include Layout Rules for Custom Modules, Annexure Attachments in PDF Templates, Location-Based Price Lists, and Unit Groups for Units of Measurement. In addition, you'll find several enhancements and updates, all aimed at making your day-to-day operations smoother and more flexible.

Let's take a closer look at what's new!

Beat - Zoho ERP is Now Live on the App Store

We are excited to announce that Beat - Zoho ERP is now available on the App Store for iOS. Designed for salespersons and field representatives, the app helps streamline daily field operations by enabling users to manage beats, visit customers, collect sales orders and payments, and navigate seamlessly to customer locations.

Attach Annexure to PDF Templates

You can now attach annexure documents to your PDF templates. Supporting documents are automatically appended as additional pages at the end of the generated PDF.

To configure annexure attachments to your PDF templates, go to Settings > Customization > PDF Templates > Select a module > Select a template > Hover and click Edit > Other Details > Annexure > Upload File.

Associate Price List with Locations

Price lists with the Sales Transaction Type can now be associated with Business Locations. While creating transactions, pricing is automatically applied based on a hierarchy. If a price list is associated with the customer, it takes precedence. Otherwise, the price list linked to the selected location applies automatically.
For example, if Customer A has an assigned price list and Customer B does not, creating a transaction for Customer A at a location will apply the customer-level price list, while switching to Customer B on the same transaction will automatically apply the location-level price list.

To associate a price list with a location, go to Settings > Organization > Locations > + Add Location > select Location Type as Business Location > select the Price List > enter the other necessary details > click Save.

Layout Rules for Custom Modules

We have introduced layout rules for Custom Modules. You can now define conditions so that fields appear or hide, become mandatory, or get auto-filled based on the values entered.

To define conditions for a custom module, go to Settings > Custom Modules > Select a custom module > Rules >Navigate to the Layout Rules tab > + New Layout Rule.

Auto Batch Assignment

Managing inventory batches manually during every outward transaction can be time-consuming and error-prone. With the Auto Batch Assignment feature, Zoho ERP intelligently identifies and assigns inventory batches automatically based on a configured allocation strategy. You can choose from FIFO (oldest stock first), FEFO (earliest expiry first), or LIFO (latest stock first). The system handles allocation seamlessly in the background, enabling faster transaction processing and more consistent inventory handling.

To enable Auto Batch Assignment, go to settings > General > Items > Navigate to the General tab > Advanced Inventory Tracking > Enable Auto Batch Assignment > Select a batch assignment method.

Geo-fencing Validation in Beat Management

We are introducing Geo-fencing Validation in the Beat Management module to ensure that salespeople can perform customer check-ins only when they are physically present at the customer location. The system calculates the distance between the salesperson and the customer location, and blocks the check-in if the salesperson is outside the configured range. Anti-spoofing measures are also included to prevent mock location usage on Android devices.

Retail Windows App Updates

  1. Bulk-add RFID-tagged inventory items into the cart via an RFID reader, eliminating the need to scan each piece individually. Supports Bluetooth and USB connections with trigger and continuous scan modes.
  2. A numeric keypad shortcut to add items using their Alias key. Cashiers can bill top items with just numbers + Enter, reducing dependency on search or barcode labels for high-runner items.
Notes
Note: This feature is supported only in the Retail ERP Windows application.

Other Feature Enhancements

  1. GST TDS Summary is now displayed in Invoice and Bill PDFs when applicable, showing the GST TDS rate, Taxable Amount, and GST TDS Amount
  2. TDS Liability Filters are now available while recording TDS Challans, enabling you to filter by Transaction Type, TDS sections, Vendor, Date Range, and Location
  3. You can now display the Total Amount Excluding TDS in the totals section of an invoice PDF, allowing you to show the invoice amount without TDS alongside the total amount.
  4. Bulk Update for items now supports Reporting Tags, allowing you to update reporting tag in bulk across your items.
  5. You can now compare locations within a single hierarchy in Reports.
  6. Admins now have full access to Custom Reports, with permissions to edit, clone, and delete any report in the organization.
  7. You can now apply date range filters to Custom Reports.
  8. The Alias Name column is now available in the Items list view page.

That's a wrap for this month's updates! We hope these new features and enhancements make your Zoho ERP experience even more powerful and productive.
We're constantly working to refine and expand the platform based on your needs, and we're excited to share even more improvements with you in the coming months. Until then, happy exploring!

Best regards,
The Zoho ERP Team
