Zoho Finance Bug: CRM Product Details > Zoho Finance Information is confusing / missing information
With CRM / Zoho Finance integration you can view the current stock details of a product which is great. The problem with the information shown is some of it is confusing or it's linked with the wrong books information AND some vital information is just not shown.
Quantity in Stock
- This matches the Books Accounting "Stock on Hand" which is great.
Quantity Ordered
- This matches the Books "To be Received"
Quantity in Demand
- You would think this matches Books "Committed Stock" but it appears to match Books "To be Shipped" which is very confusing. If this is correct maybe Zoho could change it to read "Quantity to be Shipped"
in addition to the 3 fields above the 2 below are really important but not shown.
- Committed Stock
- Available for Sale
This would normally not be an issue but in the current climate where there is a mass supply chain issue knowing accurate current stock levels such as "Committed Stock" and "Available for Sale" is vital.
Hoping Zoho will consider adding these.
