Zoho Finance Bug: Duplicate Sales Orders (finance module) showing in CRM but only one Zoho Books
Summary
We use the Zoho Finance integration within the CRM. I have a situation where there is one Zoho Books sales order BUT in the CRM I have 2 duplicate Sales Orders. The exact same sales order is just duplicated.
Each Sales Order (finance module) has a different URL. The sales order key of each points to the same Zoho Books sales order. I've reported this to Zoho who said it was an issue on their end and was fixed but I still have duplicates.
An accounting system which creates duplicate records does not bode well but just seems to be another bug to pile onto the list.
