Zoho Finance Bug: MAJOR ISSUE - Duplicate Records Created in Zoho Finance (Sales Orders & Invoices)
Posting this incase other people are unaware of this issue. It's been reported multiple times but there's no solution in sight.
Summary of Issue
We convert CRM Quotes to Zoho Finance Sales Orders. Since early June we randomly get duplicate Sales Orders and Invoices in our system. The issue has been reported to Zoho & acknowledged but to-date no fix has been implemented.

Why is this an issue?
- Workflows run multiple times instead of just once which then creates more duplicate records
- Inability to delete the duplicates. Zoho must do it (which is not timely enough)
- Notes left on different records leading to mass confusion. (User A: "there are no notes", User B: "I'm looking at notes right now") One note left on one record and another left on the duplicate.
- Complete failure of confidence in the system
- A lot of hours gone into managing the situation and reporting to Zoho which ones to remove without removing correct financial data
This is obviously a serious failure within the system. Duplication of financial data is not acceptable for a "Finance Integration".
