Zoho Finance Limitations 2.0 #13: You can't search the list of Customer Addresses... you have to scroll through the whole list (all 200 of them)
We have accounts with multiple addresses. Many of them have 40 - 60 addresses while some have close to 200 addresses.
In books
- Just click change address and search... easy
- In CRM Finance you have to scroll through the huge list and to find the address. No search/filter option available
- You can't search for an address
- You can't re-order the address list
- The addresses are stored in no particular order that is of use
Find below an image with 60 addresses. Now imaging a rep dealing with 180 addresses. This should've been fixed during alpha testing never mind beta testing.
Think this is bad? Try it on an iPad browser... you can't even scroll the full list, it just gets cut off midway through. Supports answer... don't use an iPad
