Zoho Flow - Delete a module entry

Zoho Flow - Delete a module entry

I have a flow that sends a automated text and then updates a field with the message time, status, and sms body, then I have it send another text and I would like for it to delete that existing field and update with the new info or add another line on top of that info. But my flow does not fully work and it keeps attempting to send text messages over and over. I am using Zoho Flow, Zoho CRM, and RingCentral.
