ZOHO Flow has No task history found HELP

ZOHO Flow has No task history found HELP

Hi, 

I'm a novice to ZOHO and rely on learning as I go. 

I have followed ZENATTAS Tutorial on  'Shopify To Zoho Inventory Integration & Automation". Ive checked my settings about three times.

I have a flow created based on this tutorial, and it seems to work ok to a certain point. Ill explain further on this. I'm not getting any errors, and I've tested the connections, and they are working. 

However

  1. After multiple tests on orders, there is "No task history found" in the ZOHO Flow. 
  2. Also, the flow is set up so the sales order is to be created, marked as invoiced and shipped. But ZOHO inventory is not marking it as Invoiced and shipped. 
I understand I have the inventory part under this flow section, it's just I created them together to make this who thing work. 

Any advice and direction would be helpful

I have reached out to ZOHO support via email but it takes days to hear back if ever, and I have done the same with Zenatta. But I'm kind of getting crickets everywhere. Now Im here.
