Zoho Flow: How to update card on file via automatic email template?

Hello. We're using Zoho Subscriptions to run payments for our customers that are using one of our Zoho Creator Applications (via the Customer Portal addon). 

I have the zoho creator application setup so that the customer never really interacts with zoho subscriptions, except for the hosted payment page and emailed receipts after payments. Everything else is managed within their Account on the Zoho Creator side of things. This is working great for signup/cancellation processes but I can't seem to come up with a solution for if/when someone wants to update their card on file...

I want to create a button within the Zoho Creator Application where a customer could submit a request to receive an email to update their card on file from Zoho Subscriptions. How can I use Zoho Flow to make this happen between Zoho Creator and Zoho Subscriptions?
