I have built my first Zoho flow and I'm confused by the logic decision, see attached screenshot.
- The flow checks is a customer ID is null (in Shopify)
- If the Custoemr ID is null, it creates a customer
- If the customer ID in not null, it creates a draft order.
The issue I have is if I connect an action to the condition, Zoho flow says it will do this action ON ERROR, not ON SUCCESS
If none of the conditions are satisfied, i.e ON ERROR, it will do another action.
The way the labels are written, the decision logic will ONLY do something ON ERROR and will not do anything ON SUCCESS.
I hope I'm making sense. Hopefully it's just a mis-label issue. I've dsicussed this with a number of co-workers, and they all interpret it the same. ON SUCCESS simply does not exist for the decision logic accoring to the labels.
Ultimately, the question I have is: When a condition is met, where do I connect my action? To the condition junction? The one that says "ON ERROR"?
