Zoho Flow triggers not working

Zoho Flow triggers not working

Hi ,

I have set up a flow which triggers when a new record is created in a Zoho Creator app. This flow works great when I initiate the flow with  "test and debug". However the flow does not trigger in live mode. 

I have tested all the connections used in the flow and all appear to be working fine - in fact the  same connections are used in other flows  with no problem. So it appears to be a triggering issu.

I set up another flow last week which was supposed to trigger when a deal is updated in Hubspot.  This flow does not trigger either!!  

I have emailed Zoho about both issues  and had email back saying  Zoho  rep would be in touch within 24 hours - this was several days ago.

Is anyone else having issues with triggers not working? Please get in touch Zoho  as I need to demo this automation working this week !!
