Zoho for Coaching Business - Client Portal

Anyone using @zoho for their Coaching Business? Would love to speak to others about how they are using it to track calls, meetings, share documents, client portal etc. Not getting much support from their technical team. With so many apps, trying get one that can do all I need is difficult.

Not even sure if creator can help.

Would like to see how people have set up client portal especially to share documents, log calls, book appointments etc.
