zoho for customer service and dispatching techs

We are a small business of approximate 10 full time employees plus a few vendors we sub work out to. 
We have a sales dept, install dept, customer svc dept, procurement, engineering, etc.

I'm looking for a reasonably priced CRM application that will not only track customer contacts and sales and proposals but will also work well for customer service, allowing them to track customer issues and schedule techs to be dispatched to the customer.  The techs would for the most part primarily work off a calendar and it would be nice if they had access to that from a mobile device without having to jump through hoops to get to it.

Customer service also needs to generate price quotes for customers.

I can't find much info on the service piece of zohocrm and not a thing on scheduling/calendar.  I'm hoping someone that's familiar with Zoho would be able to let me know if it can accomplish these sorts of things.
