Zoho for iPad issue?

Zoho for iPad issue?

We have an account with three users, one user can login on the iPad app.  Another user gets this error:


"CRM Mobile add-on is disabled for your account"



Any ideas?  I looked around in settings and couldn't find a way to 'enable' mobile for the user.  Again, another user on the same company account can use the app.  Any help is much appreciated, thanks!
