Zoho for work flow management of follow up calls?
How does one add a follow up call for a lead/contact in say, 7 weeks from today at 9:33am to last 5 minutes.
How does one get that event (follow up call) to roll over in the case that the traveling sales person isn't making calls until 8 weeks out?
This seems like a basic function of any CRM and I'm missing it with Zoho.
