I was trying to use a zoho form as a "Web Tab" in zoho crm.

I used the permalink from zoho forms > share

It did make a tab and I could see my form

but when i tried to fill it out, the dropdowns were not readable except for the very end of a longer choice. on one question

what can i do to make this work right?
