Zoho Forms - Clients to upload documentation

Zoho Forms - Clients to upload documentation

Hi there

I am wanting to please find out whether or not leads / clients are able to upload their own documentation through Zoho forms / Zoho CRM. 

We have a product which requires personal information such as identification and proof of residential address to be sent to our agents in order to complete the sale agreement. 

Can the form be embedded onto the website or is there a link a client can follow in order to upload their required documents, and which will "attach" these documents to the clients lead profile. 

Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
