I'd like to suggest an enhancement to the Zoho Forms and Zoho CRM integration.
Currently, once a form entry has been submitted, there is no simple way to push that individual entry to CRM again if needed.
Before anyone mentions it, I am aware that the data can be exported and imported into CRM via CSV. However, that approach is not ideal, particularly when the form contains file uploads, attachments, or a large number of fields.
It would be extremely useful if Zoho Forms provided a "Push to CRM" action when viewing a form entry, provided that a CRM integration is configured.
This would be beneficial in a number of scenarios:
A form submission fails to sync to CRM due to a configuration issue or validation error.
The administrator identifies and fixes the problem but has no simple way to resend the original submission.
A CRM record is accidentally deleted and needs to be recreated from the original form entry.
Changes are made to CRM field mappings and an existing submission needs to be pushed again.
At present, the only option is often to manually recreate the CRM record and re-upload any attachments. For lengthy forms, this can be time-consuming and frustrating.
A simple "Push to CRM" action would save significant administrative effort and improve the overall reliability and recoverability of the integration.
