You currently have the following date and time fields:

It would be useful if you could include a "Year" field

For example a recent application I completed said "What year was your house built?" or "What year did you join XYZ?"

I can get the user to enter that as a number but there is always a chance they will make a mistake. I think this would be a helpful addition.
