Zoho Forms Opt-in confirmation page hosting?

Zoho Forms Opt-in confirmation page hosting?

Hi,

I have made a form, which I have embedded in my wordpress homepage and I have chose the double opt in function, which works beautifully so far.

But is it possible to host the “Opt-in confirmation page” also on my wepage? So far, when I press the link in my email, I get to a conformation page that is hosted at:

https://forms.zohopublic.eu/.......
