Hello

I am working on creating a form for referrals where a contact would provide the information for 3 different referred individuals.

Referred 3

I want to then map each of the referred to Zoho CRM as a new LEAD tagged as a referred individual. I cannot however map multiple contact information fields. 

Do I need to do a custom module or am I way off?
