Hello,

I've created a Form and integrated it to CRM. Now I want CRM to push it to Desk so I had synced both CRM and Desk.

I was able to create a test enquiry in Forms and it successfully pushed through CRM. However, this test enquiry does not appear in Desk.

I made sure that there is a two-way sync with CRM and Desk and selected all CRM related list.
