Zoho forms <-> Zoho CRM Integration

Dear sirs,

I am trying to setup a Zoho form, which I can send out from our account module. The form should be mapped with fields from the account module. I encounter this problem:

I create a form with a Zoho CRM (advanced field) and define the following:

module: account

layout: standard

field: account name

I also map fields which should be pre-populated and under the "integration" tab I activate the "update record" CRM Integration in order to allow form entries to overwrite existing fields in the account module.

Now, if I go to CRM, open an account, click on "compose email" and "insert form", this form does not show up. How can I send out this pre-populated form to the account (or the associated contact)?

If I do a forms integration with the "contact" module, this form shows up in CRM / compose email. But with the "contact module" form I can not ask customers to update data of the "account" module.
