Zoho Forum Login Issue

Hello Sir,

One of our client has problem in the accessing the Zoho forum. His e-mail address is president(president@westcoastuniversity.edu.pa). While log in to his forum he is getting error message " error on page". We have already reset his password once.
Please suggest us.
