Zoho Fraud and deceptive business practices
Like most of you, I have been unable to cancel my Zoho subscriptions. I spoke with the "sales manager", who refused to let me speak with his supervisor and could barely speak english. I have canceled my autopay through PayPal for my Project and Billing subscriptions. I have contacted the FTC, detailing the deceptive practice of not letting you cancel anything through the website and not responding to requests via email to cancel. I am now going to my bank to dispute the charge leveled in February after I requested them to drop CRM from my account.
If I don't hear back from them by tomorrow, I will draft a letter to the US Attorney General's office asking the to investigate Zoho and it's affiliates for fraud and deceptive business practices.
If you have tried to leave Zoho and been unable, please contact the FTC and the USAG's office to bring these bastards to their knees.
