Zoho geeks confusing users interface vs required clients limitations on online interface

There is one thing that annoys me in life and it is stupidity. 
I have spent days configuring zoho bookings, transferring everything from a system to an other, to finally  see that it is lacking basic common tools. 
First, to all the geek programmers, get real and listen to the different industries if you want to succeed. 

I explain,
The user interface is a... user interface,  not a client or online interface. Therefore, you NEED to make the user interface simple to use for a receptionist that books 100 people per day, otherwise your APP is useless. 
Basic recommendation:

1. The absolute most important, is that the user should have the possibility to adjust the time required for an appointment. We have 80 different services and for about 6 of them, they are categories where everyone of these 6 services can generate about 15 different durations. Example, laser hair removal upper lip 5 min, chin 5min, 15min room prep one time for each aptm (aptm for hair removal can be 6 body areas, needs to be + time), legs 45 min, legs men 60 min and so one for about 25 different areas and any combination of that.
Obviously, this WILL not be online booking. 
We need to be able to choose LHR service (laser hair removal) and input the duration of the appointment ourselves, not be constraint to a specific duration. 
I know we can do this with resources, but that means I have to call my staff a resource (like a room, lol), and then we get the limitations or resources.
ANY OTHER GOOD BOOKING SYSTEM ON THE MARKET have this figured out. 

2. It would be kind of smart to look at what most calendars and emrs does. Being able to drag and drop (1) a booking in any(2) provider's calendar is just what we do after 2005 and we re in 2023. We are wasting time and money to competition.

3. Being able to copy paste an aptm... How was your aptm? would you like to schedule the next 6 appointments at a 1 week interval? Yes, ok! (shit, will have to do the action 6 times). 

Zoho made billions, please adjust now or we would have to leave.
