Hi,
When I started using Zoho I configured it so that it would import all my emails from Gmail (Google for Business). It seemed to do this very well and I now have a really good email history for my contacts in Zoho.
However I have noticed that for the last few weeks, Zoho has not been importing emails.
I haven't changed the settings in Zoho and Zoho hasn't given me any warning messages.
I use two-factor authentication with Google so this may have some impact.
Please can you help me resolve this, as it is an important part of Zoho for me.
