Zoho helped our sales team become more productive
With Zoho, Hyperzod’s sales team is now more efficient and
productive as it has taken over most of their manual tasks and automated them.
Multiple pipelines, using Zoho Bigin, have been created under
the sales and deployment deals. In the past, spreadsheets were
used, but now all the information is centralized and easy to access by the team
on Bigin. With Zoho Flow, all the
processes are automated, such as the automatic shift of clients from one
pipeline to another.

Once a client moves from sales deal to deployment deal, a
customized Zoho Form asking for deployment information is
generated and sent automatically to the client. Apart from the
deployment-related emails, automatic reminders are sent as well.
Maintaining client relationships is necessary for
the success of any business and Zoho with its hyper-productive products is ensuring the same.
