Sorry for posting this here, I'm not sure if this is the right forum and I couldn't find a help email, but we've been having problems with our emails sending to customers and them receiving our emails and visa versa for three weeks now. We thought it was a Blacknight hosting problem at first, because our customers who are having trouble sending and receiving our emails are also Blacknight customers, but I called Blacknight about the problem and they informed us that Zoho is our email host and because that Zoho is our email host and we have email hosting enabled in Blacknight, the mailbox in Blacknight is clashing with Zoho Mail.
I just want to confirm that Zoho is our email host, so that I can delete our mailboxes in Blacknight and hopefully solve the problem.
