zoho imap connection stopped working 05/28 12pm EST

Hi, beginning Thursday, 5/28, ~12 pm est imap to siteground stopped working.  When I tried to reconnect the account, connection was failing with the following message: Unable to connect SMTP server:gvam1107.siteground.biz, Port: 587.  I did notice that zoho was down for all yesterday around noon est, assumed that zoho was fixing the issue.  When services resumed, I expected everything to be back to normal, however that is not the case. As of 5:30 am EST imap incoming is not working, outgoing is.  In addition, in parallel I connected couple of accounts via imap using outlook and everything is functioning normally, so 100% certain this is zoho related issue. Please assist with this issue as soon as possible.  Thank you
